Sophia
Founder, Owner, Yoga Teacher & Pilates Instructor
I’m the founder, owner & a teacher at Bliss, trained in 250hrs of Ashtanga/Vinyasa & Yin Yoga, I'm also qualified in Mat & Reformer Pilates.
I have a love for movement, mindfulness, and all things wellness, I created Bliss as a space for people to feel balanced, inspired, and connected... Bringing together a magical dream team of like minded ladies, to share what we're most passionate about!... Off the mat, I’m a coffee lover, crystal collector, and stationery geek who finds joy in creativity and life’s little details. Most importantly, I’m a proud wife & mum to two beautiful girls, who remind me every day of the importance of presence, laughter, love and family.

Monday’s for Beginners Reformer Pilates, 6pm
Breathe, Flow & Restore Yoga, 7pm
Thursday’s for more Reformer 9.30am, 6.15pm & a dreamy ‘Candlelit Yin’ 7.30pm
Friday’s for a morning Vinyasa Flow 9.45am
& Saturday’s beginner yoga class, ‘Yoga for All’ 9am!

Claire

You'll find Claire in the studio working up the heat on Monday's for a full body workout with ‘Glow & Go’ at 6pm... And hosting her ‘PWR Up’, (ladies only weights classes), Wednesday’s at 6pm & Saturday morning’s at 7.30am! You can also book a PT session or 121 Pole class direct via DM.


Olivia
Yoga Teacher & Pilates Instructor
I'm an all-around wellness warrior, dedicated to bringing smiles to the studio. Trained in Ashtanga/Vinyasa, Yin, YogaBears Children's Yoga, Mat & Reformer Pilates… Off the mat, You'll find me running, climbing mountains or indulging in good food.
I love to keep my classes dynamic, so expect the unexpected and prepare to leave the studio on a high!
You'll find Olivia in the studio on:
Monday's for Reformer 7.15pm
Wednesday's for Reformer 6pm
Thursday's for both Mat Pilates 6pm & Reformer 7.15pm
Friday's for a super early start with more Reformer 6.15am, working to lengthen, strengthen and tone your entire body!
Emma
Yoga Teacher
I'm a 400hr Hatha Yoga teacher, trained in Baby Yoga & massage, YogaBears Children’s Yoga, Teens Yoga & Fitness, and lastly Chair Based Yoga... ​​Off the mat, I love festivals & live music, beach holidays & city breaks, but most of all spending time with my husband, 2 children & Diego our Pug... Making memories is my favourite thing to do! I love when the sun is shining... and I'm obsessed with sunflowers, sunrises, sunsets & the moon.

Tuesday Evening’s guiding you through a lovely 'Stretch Yoga' class at 7.15pm, a perfect way to restore your body and find clarity in your mind!... And Sunday's Delightful 'Happy Hatha' 10am!


Anna
Yoga Teacher
I'm a 500hrs yoga teacher trained in Ashtanga/Vinyasa, Hatha and Rocket Yoga, I bring a unique blend of traditional wisdom & contemporary flair to my classes drawing from my studies in Liverpool and India.
I love creating invigorating flows that heighten awareness of the breath-body connection, empowering you to tune into your inner-self and move with intention. In my class, expect to be gently guided through sequences that challenge and nurture, leaving you feeling rejuvenated, centred, and at peace... Off the mat, I work in finance, enjoy running, hiking, books and travelling.

Women’s Circle Holder, Breathwork & Meditation Teacher
I am extremely passionate about helping women reconnect with themselves through breathwork, meditation, and mindful movement, having trained in various aspects of women's wellbeing & breathwork. My classes create a safe, supportive space for relaxation, release, and self-discovery... Off the mat, you’ll find me happily sipping an iced coffee, soaking up the sun on a walk, indulging in a little people-watching, and staying loyal to one of my greatest loves, a delightful afternoon nap.

You can find Sophie in the studio every other Sunday morning 11.15am to de-stress, recentre and realign with your inner peace through breathwork & meditation!

Hannah
Pilates Instructor
I’m trained in both Mat and Reformer Pilates, currently I'm studying Sports and Exercise Science at university, with plans to graduate next year... Off the mat when I’m not teaching or studying, you’ll usually find me on the netball court, travelling to new places, jumping out of planes for charity, or spending quality time with my family and friends.

In my class, you'll find me sharing my passion for movement & strength, leaving you feeling your best!

Julia
Yoga Teacher
I'm a 250hrs yoga teacher trained in Ashtanga/Vinyasa & Rocket Yoga, my practice blends discipline with curiosity to always find space for both strength and lightness on the mat.
My class brings together the energy of Vinyasa with a sense of playfulness, accompanied by carefully chosen music that lifts and supports the practice. I encourage you to embrace not just the fire and flow of yoga, but also the grounding moments of stillness, with the reminder to slow down. Yoga for me is as much about connection and exploration as it is about movement, it's a practice that balances energy, creativity, and reflection... Off the mat, I enjoy time in the gym, long brunches, and getting lost in a good book.
