Founder, Owner & Yoga Teacher
Pranayama, Meditation, Ashtanga/Vinyasa & Yin trained, coffee lover, a mummy to 2 divas, stationary geek, loves books, crystals & being creative...

You'll find Soph in the studio most days of the week at reception... or you can join her on Monday’s for Breathe, Flow & Restore 7pm, Thursday’s for a dreamy ‘Candlelit Yin’ 7.30pm, Friday morning’s for a Vinyasa Flow at 9.45am and Saturday’s beginner class, ‘Yoga for All’ 9am!

Claire
Personal Trainer & Coach

You'll find Claire in the studio working up the heat on Monday's for a full body workout with ‘Body Blast’ at 6pm... And hosting her ‘PWR Up’, (ladies only weights classes), Wednesday’s at 6pm & Saturday morning’s at 7.30am! You can also book a PT session or 121 Pole class direct via DM.


Alisha
Yoga Teacher & Pilates Instructor

Trained in Ashtanga, Power Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Yin and Pilates... Off the mat, Alisha is a scientist with a love for music and the great outdoors... She is super passionate about wellness!
Alisha’s classes focus on calming the mind, strengthening the body and boosting self-confidence.
You'll find Alisha in the studio on Tuesday evening's 6pm guiding you through a perfect blend of our fave... Yoga & Pilates! And also Reformer Pilates on Tuesday's 7.15pm in our Reformer space!

Olivia
Yoga Teacher & Pilates Instructor
An all-around wellness warrior, dedicated to bringing smiles to the studio. She’s trained in Vinyasa, Yin, kids Yoga and Pilates… but off the mat Olivia can be found running or indulging in good food.
Olivia loves to keep her classes dynamic, so expect the unexpected and prepare to leave the studio on a high!
You'll find her in the Reformer studio on Thursday & Friday morning's at 7.15am... And Yoga studio on Thursday evening's for a mat based Pilates class at 6pm, working to lengthen, strengthen and tone the entire body!


Emma
Yoga Teacher
Emma is a 400 hour Hatha Yoga teacher, she is qualified in Baby Yoga & massage, YogaBears Children’s Yoga, Teens Yoga & Fitness, and also Chair Based Yoga.

Off the mat, Emma loves festivals & live music, beach holidays & city breaks, but most of all spending time with her husband, 2 children & Diego her Pug... Making memories is her favourite thing to do! She loves when the sun is shining and is definitely more of a spring/summer gal than autumn/winter, she's obsessed with sunflowers, sunrises, sunsets & the moon.

You'll find Emma in the studio on Tuesday Evening’s guiding you through her lovely 'Stretch Yoga' class at 7.15pm, a perfect way to restore your body and find clarity in your mind!... And Sunday's Delight 'Happy Hatha' 11am!
Anna
Yoga Teacher
With over 500 hours of training in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, and Rocket Yoga, Anna brings a unique blend of traditional wisdom & contemporary flair to her classes drawing from studies in Liverpool and India.
Anna's loves creating invigorating flows that heighten awareness of the breath-body connection, empowering students to tune into their inner selves and move with intention. In her class, expect to be gently guided through sequences that challenge and nurture, leaving you feeling rejuvenated, centered, and at peace.
Off the mat, Anna works in finance, enjoys running, hiking, books and travelling.

You can find Anna every Wednesday evening at 7.30pm for Feel Good Hatha flow!

Jane
Yoga, Pilates & Barre Instructor
Jane is a certified Yoga, Barre and
Pilates instructor, teaching mostly contemporary Reformer Pilates in our Reformer studio.
Jane is Pilates & Yoga obsessed having experienced the life changing benefits of a regular practice.
Her hobbies include Pilates, Yoga, and the outdoors!.. She used to be a dog walker so loves being in fresh air! When she's not on the mat, reformer or teaching a class, you'll find her somewhere in nature!

Jane loves being a part of the wellbeing industry empowering people to move mindfully and focusing on overall personal wellbeing... Connecting with people is her absolute favourite part of teaching.
You can find Jane in our Reformer studio on Monday mornings at 7.15am!
