Service Description
Ashtanga Vinyasa flow features the Ashtanga primary series postures, whilst using the breath to flow from posture to posture with the intention of using the breath to create a moving meditation. Sophia will take you through an energetic practice holding postures for 5 long breaths, enabling proper use of ujjayi breath, while activating the deeper tissues to build strength, flexibility and stability. Ending with a well deserved shavasana (Relaxation) All abilities welcome, modifications and options to further practice always offered. Duration - 60 Minutes
