Service Description
A more slowly paced flow guided by Sophia, moving mindfully through a creative sequence, co-ordinating movement with the breath to allow a meditative state. Holding postures for 3-5 breaths. Focuses on endurance, strength and flexibility to leave you feeling revitalised. Ending with a well deserved shavasana. (Relaxation) All abilities welcome, modifications and options to further practice always offered. Duration - 60 Minutes
